Oven Baked Fish Fingers


PREPARATION 10 min COOKING 20 min TOTAL TIME 30 min

Ingredients:

350 gr cod fish (without skin)

1 egg

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 cup flour

20 gr grated parmesan

olive oil

salt & pepper to taste


Method

1.Start by slicing the fish in long slices (or smaller ones if you want to have nuggets ) and season with salt. Then prepare in a bowl the flour, in another one the whisked egg and in a third one the breadcrumbs with the grated parmigiano in it. Start by rolling the fish in the flour and dust the excess off. Then dip one at a time in the egg and roll in the breadcrumbs. Repeat until you finish the fingers.

2. In a baking tray with paper put all the fish fingers and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!


Notes:

  • You can cook them in a pan with a bit of olive oil or in an air fryer

  • Instead of cod you can use any fish you like

  • Serve with lemon or garlic yogurt dip

  • Your kids will totally love them
