Home Made Granola


PREPARATION 10 min COOKING 35 min TOTAL TIME 45 min

Ingredients:

200 gr oats

100 gr nuts (to your taste)

60 gr dried fruit (apricots, raisins or others)

50gr maple syrup

1 spoon honey

1 spoon desiccated coconut

3 spoons sunflower or coconut oil

50gr water


Method

1.Add the water, maple syrup, honey and oil to a bowl and mix well. In another bowl mix the oats, dried fruits, nuts and coconut. Pour the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon until everything is well covered.

2.Transfer the mixture on a baking tray with baking paper and even out. Bake at 160 for 30-35 minutes. Let it cool of and enjoy with your favourite yogurt.


Notes:

  • Let it cool of so that it gets nice and crunchy

  • I have used a dried apricots and raisins, but any other dried fruit is okay

  • You can preserve it in a glass jar with a lid up to 3 weeks.
