Pancakes with Oats


PREPARATION 5 min COOKING 10 min TOTAL TIME 15 min

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 cup oat bran (fine cut)

drizzle of milk (of your choice)

olive oil


Method

1.Whisk the eggs and add the oat bran stir well. Add the milk. The mixture should not be too liquid neither too thick. In a preheated pan add a drizzle of olive oil and pour a bit of the mixture. As soon as you see the mix getting bubbles and drying around the corner, flip the pancake for another minute or so. Repeat until you finish the mixture.


Notes:

  • Enjoy with your favourite fruits, nut butter or honey
