Protein Balls

Ingredients:
200 gr dates (without the bone)
40 gr almonds
30 gr walnuts
2 spoons almond butter (or other to preference)
Toppings: Desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, nuts or dark chocolate
Method
1.Soak the. dates in water for about 20 min. In the meantime blend the nuts finely. Add the dates and nut butter and blend until you get a smooth texture.
2.Form about 15 balls with equal size. Then to finish roll them in the desired toping. If you prefer to dip them in chocolate melt about 50-100 grams of dark chocolate chips on bain marie. Keep them in the fridge to obtain better structure.
Notes:
To get better results when you dip them in chocolate leave the balls for 30 min in the fridge to get hard.
