Easy Lentil Soup


PREPARATION 5 minutes COOKING 15 minutes TOTAL TIME 20 minutes

Ingredients for 4 portions:

250 gr red lentils

1 clove of garlic

handful of fresh parsley

olive oil

salt to taste


Method

1.Rinse the lentils with water and then cover with water. Add the garlic and parsley and put on the hob with medium fire. Boil for about 15-20 minutes until the lentils are cooked. Then optional take out the garlic or leave it and blend everything to a creamy soup. Enjoy!


Notes:

  • Serve with croutons, pasta or even rice for a more filling meal

  • You can add a pinch of curry and a carrot to it
