Oats Cocoa Pancakes


PREPARATION 5 minutes COOKING 15 minutes TOTAL TIME 20 minutes

Ingredients for 4 pancakes:

150 gr egg whites (aprox. 4 medium eggs)

75 gr plain yogurt

75 gr oat bran

4 gr baking powder

1/2 spoon of cocoa

drizzle of oil of your choice


Method

1.Whisk the eggwhites until you get stiff peak. Then add the yogurt and mix. At the end add the flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix well.

2. In a hot pan add a drizzle of oil and spread 1/4 of the mixture, cook about 2 min per side and flip. Enjoy with your favourite toppings!


Notes:

  • I have used maple syrup and bananas, but you can add honey, yogurt, fruit of your choice.
